Welcome to the Singaporean Section of the Institution of Railway Signal Engineers (IRSE)
The IRSE is the professional institution for all those engaged in, or associated with, railway signalling, telecommunications and allied professions and is active in the UK, Europe and world-wide. Founded in 1912, the Institution aims to advance, for the public benefit, the science and practice of signalling and telecommunications engineering within the industry and to maintain high standards of knowledge of the profession amongst the membership.
The Singaporean Section was established in 2005.
If this is your first visit to our site, please Register and we will add you to our emailing list for forthcoming events and newsletters.
A Link to the IRSE Exam Support Forum has been added. This looks to be an interesting and well supported forum for those studying for the exam.
Martin White, our Secretary, has updated his highly informative Technical Paper entitled "Signalling relays and their place in the development of modern signalling".
We are much obliged to Martin for allowing us to publish the paper here on the IRSE (Singaporean Section) Website.
